Order Processing Time
- Please allow 1 to 3 days for your order to be processed.
- You will receive a notification with tracking information once your package has been shipped.
- Processing times may vary and could be longer during new product launches, special promotions, or high-order volume periods.

Free shipping on all orders over $30 USD in the USA.
Return Policy
- We accept returns for unworn items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that returned merchandise is in its original packaging and shows no signs of wear.
- To request a return, email kamia245769@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your item, including your order number and exchange request in the subject line. Expect a response from the KaMiaii team within 72 business hours.
- Once we receive the return in the required condition, we will issue a refund for the item’s amount. Please note that site credit codes are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire one year from activation. Additionally, shipping costs are not refundable.
- Refunds typically take around 5 business days from the date of the return to be initiated. However, the exact timeframe for the refund to appear as a credit on your card depends on your specific financial institution. In most cases, it should be reflected within 5-7 business days.
- For your convenience, we offer a FREE pre-printed shipping label for returning your online purchase by mail. If you choose not to use this option, you will find a pre-printed return label (To Address: 25118 Diamond Ranch Dr, Katy, TX 77494) and pre-printed return address label included on your packing slip. These labels should be affixed to the top corners of your box. Please note that these are NOT pre-paid labels, and you will need to purchase the shipping label from a UPS, USPS, or FedEx carrier. There is a Return Reason column next to each item on your packing slip where you can indicate the reason for your return.
- All shipped returns MUST include the Packing Slip and all original documents received with your order.
- All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is issued.
- KaMiaii reserves the right to refuse a return for items received in unsatisfactory condition.
Damaged Goods
- KaMiaii inspects all merchandise before packing and sending.
- If your item arrives damaged, contact kamia245769@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery, providing photos and your order number.
- Damaged items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
